夏承来，男，广东医科大学附属佛山妇女儿童医院（佛山市妇幼保健院）胎儿医学研究所常务副所长，科研实验中心主任，研究员，硕士研究生导师，博士后合作导师。佛山市优粤人才卡获得者。医学博士，University of Florida博士后，美国纽约血液中心Lindsley F. Kimball Research Institute访问学者。
